He offers a 1 to 5-part seminar dealing psychological assessment (especially the Raven Progressive Matrices), the nature, development and assessment of competence, the management of the educational system for effective schooling, the societal learning (cybernetic [governance]) arrangemenets needed for a sustainable society, and conceptualising, mapping, and harnessing the social forces that that have the future of mankind and the planet in their grip to create a sustainable society.
